PlanIT is an AI-native project management platform built by developers who got tired of context-switching between AI coding tools and project trackers. We built the tool we wished existed.
Why does PlanIT exist?
In 2025, AI tools transformed how software gets written. A developer using Claude or Cursor can produce in hours what previously took days. But the project management layer around that work stayed exactly the same: open a browser tab, log a status update, copy-paste context, switch back to your editor. Repeat dozens of times a day.
The deeper problem is the quality gap. An AI tool that knows your sprint goals, open issues, and implementation decisions gives better suggestions than one working blind. Every manual context-switch is a missed opportunity for the AI to be genuinely useful.
PlanIT was built to close that gap. It ships with a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Antigravity, and any other MCP-compatible AI tool can read and write your project data directly — no browser tab required.

PlanIT's MCP server is built and maintained by our team, not bolted on via a third-party integration. It exposes 13 tools covering issues, sprints, projects, and your profile. It updates with every PlanIT release.
Idea Board — between raw ideas and real issues
Every team has ideas that aren't ready to be sprint issues. PlanIT's Idea Board gives them a structured home: submit, vote, comment, and promote the best ones to your backlog when they're ready — without polluting your active sprint.
Flat team pricing — no per-seat fees
PlanIT uses flat pricing: one price covers your whole team, with no per-seat multipliers. Free plan supports up to 3 members. Pro is €29/month for up to 12. Business is €79/month for up to 25.
Who built PlanIT?
PlanIT is built by ITNIR, a digital consultancy specializing in cloud services and custom software development. The team has been building and running software products for over a decade across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and AI-integrated systems.
